Status-update~

Again busy irl but still have time to translate step by step.

Todo-List:

  • 20/100 Skill-Translation (including the Perk-System in the game)
  • 80/100 Item-Translation (Useable or Sellable items)
  • 40/100 Weapon-Translation (well, weapons what else?)
  • 20/100 Armour-Translation (including Clothes, Charms, Rings, Accessory)
  • 90/100 Monstername-Translation
  • 95/100 GUI-Translation
  • 33/1000 Script-Translation (including Comon_Events, Battle_Scripts, Map_Scripts)
  • 15/1000 Story-Translation (<this might take a while since I´m not that good in japanese)
  • 0/1 (figuring a way out to patch the game easy, without the need to write a complicated tutorial on how to decompile the “Game.rgss2a” file and replace the *.rvdata -files^^)

if someone knows an easy way for the last point of the list, pls write a comment, thx in advantage x3

    you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My website
    has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all
    over the internet without my authorization. Do you know any ways to help reduce content from being ripped off?
    I’d truly appreciate it.

  2. I’ve seen alot of RPG makers with IPS patches using Lunar IPS, but never actually used any of them, so not sure if how they work is compatible with what you need.

  3. You should try xdelta for patching. It’s a very common patching tool, especially in the anime-scene for fansubs. The tool would create a “patch” for each modified file that can be applied via the tool again. The link to the GUI-version is the following: http://sourceforge.net/projects/xdelta3-gui/

  4. Btw, I just wanna point out that “Total EXP” should be “Current EXP”
    The first two kanji of that phrase means “current”

  5. checked it out, but its a patch system for your own games =/ means you have to add the patch script into your game before compiling it, to make it work.

  6. thx for the tipp, but I already played “IB” what “vgperson” translated^^ and he just translated it and other games by decompiling and recompiling the game =/ , thats an easy way what you can do with “freeware” games, but with non-freeware games, thats kinda illegal^^
